Bre's Week In Links/Instagrams 9-28-12

INCEPTION. New layout, finally <3

This week I have just one link for you guys, please go take a look at my friend Abra's Facebook page. She was recently diagnosed with stage III brain cancer and needs a ton of help with her treatment costs, not to mention the airline lost her medication on her way back home from treatment in Texas this week (seriously, WHAT?!). You can find a link to the donation site there, and anything will help. This girl has been making me crack the eff up through the internets for about 12 years now (since the LIVEJOURNAL days! CENTURIES ago!) and deserves the means to fight this as hard as she possibly can <3 Thanks for taking a look, guys. It really means a lot :D

Love me some crazy socks :D

Terry and I had another much-needed Tony V's night

Got my Vintage "Goddess-02"s from AMI Clubwear! WOOOOO! So stoked on these!

Hope you guys have a great weekend! See you guys next week!

Idolatre is live!

I'm pleased to announce that after months of slaving away, my "secret project" is finally live and ready to shop! This is my friend Stefanie's gorgeous clothing line, go check it out and throw all your monies at her!

New layout!

Just in time for summer! I whipped this up really quick last night (and then proceeded to fight with Blogger margin elements for the next 2-3 hours, ugh!). Whaddaya think?

I said I was over the easter egg sorta look of the last one, but here I go making another layout with a light palette. I think this one's more summery, though. The zig-zags remind me of a beach towel and waves all at once! I dig it :D

New layout!

Woohoo! I'm pretty happy with this, considering the fact that Blogger and I have been duking it out over this thing for the past two nights! GAH! Finally beat it into submission, except for that damn 5px space between the header and the table. Oh well, not gonna lose any more sleep over it! I SURRENDER! Solutions for stuff like this usually come to me when I step back for a minute (or 8 hours), anyhow :D

More ramblings to come soon! In the meantime, I need to get my butt into bed before midnight, for a change.

Bre

Project gloating!

I need to show you guys what I spent about 3/4 of yesterday working on. I re-did my friend Chivahn's website for her business Fuchsia Phoenix Hair Design because she's moving out of a spa-type situation and into her own little salon space in West Seattle next month! Woohoo! This place is gonna be awesome, I helped paint it :P I'll definitely share some pictures when the space is all ready for business!

We definitely collaborated on the design, she made the logo in advance (SO pretty!) and I just slapped the rest of the site together. I just had to gloat, I never really get to do anything fancy like this anymore :D

And hey! If you're in the area, make sure you check her out and have her do something fancy to your hair! Check it out: fuchsiaphoenix.com!

New layout!

Pretty stoked, even though I just kinda threw it together. I'd been meaning to overhaul the layout for a while. I'm sure I'll still do some tweaking in the coming days, but here it is! Check it out if you're seeing this in a reader!

Got a post scheduled tomorrow that's pretty special to me. Stay tuned!
